Service bookings are confirmed by text after a formal agreement (contract service terms and conditions) is signed between you and Heritage Builders. Booking and estimate inquiries are non-binding. Service to be scheduled within 60 days of signing unless otherwise communicated. All installations are subject to weather.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices listed on the Website are for general information purposes only. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Full payment terms and final pricing will be outlined in the invoice and payment terms and conditions.
6. Intellectual property rights

YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AT ANY TIME BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER RECEIVING A COPY OF THIS CONTRACT. IF YOU WISH TO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, YOU MUST EITHER:
1. SEND A SIGNED AND DATED WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION BY REGISTERED OR CERTIFIED MAIL, RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED; OR
2. PERSONALLY DELIVER A SIGNED AND DATED WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION TO: Heritage Builders LLC, PO Box 58, Little Silver, NJ 07739, 732-708-3072 (Address of Contractor).
If you cancel this contract within the three-day period, you are entitled to a full refund of your money. Refunds must be made within 30 days of the contractor's receipt of the cancellation notice.

Any cancellation requests outside of these parameters will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
12. Entire agreement
This agreement represents all terms of the agreement between the client and the service provider. No other verbal or written agreements should replace this document.
